Developing a winning habit, whether this is achieved as an individual or
as a team, amounts to the same fundamental concept, preparation.
The Attack Training programme provides a flexible, athlete/team centred
approach. This starts with quality preparation on the training ground
and/or in the gym and finishes in competition.
Our aim is to work with athletes and their coaches and to provide a system
of conditioning coaching that will achieve the following cornerstones of
success; Strength, Speed, Core Strength & Stability, Agility, Power
These cornerstones need to be developed in a structured and systematic
fashion. Each cornerstone is linked via a strong and stable core. They
should all receive attention throughout the training and competitive
cycle, with each individual sport requiring a tailored approach, and every
individual athlete a unique plan.
