Established in 2003 by Mark Lewin, Lewin Fitness Solutions was formed and operated as a sole-trader with the core activity of the business, the provision of conditioning coaching to sports athletes. The conditioning programme’s ethos is encapsulated in its name, Attack Training.

With effect from October 2006, Lewin Fitness Solutions will cease to trade and Power for Sports Ltd (Incorporation number: 5886158, effective from 25th July 2006), will commence. The Attack Training brand of coaching will continue and will serve the needs of sports teams requiring ‘live’ on pitch/court speed power agility coaching. The major new development will be The Athlete Performance Centre, an equipped to task functional training facility.

In summation, Power for Sports Ltd will operate TWO primary modes of delivery:

• Attack Training: Speed Power Agility Coaching on Pitch/Court

• Athlete Performance Centre: Functional Training for Sports facility
